Harnessing the power of storytelling to position the RAF as an inclusive and welcoming employer
Using a vlog style creative, we teamed up with the Royal Air Force (RAF) to showcase the lifestyle, diversity, and range of opportunities in the RAF. With a mission to position them as an inclusive and welcoming employer for 18-24 year olds from growing communities, we recruited YouTuber influencer Eman (better known as SV2) who got the inside scoop on life in the RAF, speaking to people across the force to learn more about them and what they do. And the campaign resulted in an uplift of 39% in Expressions of Interest in RAF careers submitted by people from ethnic minority backgrounds
