Jungle Creations has appointed Harley Johnson as Head of New Business. He joins the company’s London HQ and replaces Will Hamnett, who has departed for the company’s New York office to develop and grow its commercial strategy in the US.
Johnson will be leading Jungle Creations’ UK commercial strategy, building upon the successful partnerships it has already built with the likes of Baileys, Hasbro and The National Lottery and growing its client roster. He will be developing the business’ commercial offering with a focus on long term strategic partnerships with brands and raising awareness of the company’s full service creative agency, The Wild.
Harley has previously held positions at D&AD as Partnerships Executive and at Collectively as Corporate Partnerships Manager, (later acquired by Vice). Most recently he was Client Partnerships Account Director at LADbible Group where he oversaw all Entertainment & Gaming partnerships and brokered the company’s long term collaborations with Smirnoff, which saw the launch of its Free To Be campaign, and with Three Mobile, which saw the launch of the social channel/s “Relaxing Stuff”.
Johnson commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Jungle Creations at such an exciting time in the company’s journey. I am heavily focused on creating brand partnerships that generate real world impact, that genuinely affect youth culture and the causes our audience and those beyond it, truly care about. I can’t wait to get started.”
Jamie Bolding, Founder and CEO of Jungle Creations, commented: “We’re thrilled to welcome Harley to the team. He brings with him a wealth of experience within the space we operate and will be instrumental in helping us build on the success we’re having with clients and brand partnerships thus far.”
