Scaling YouTube production for Air Rylan’s second series
The ask and our answer
BRIEF:
Bring back Air Rylan for a second series with more energy, bigger moments and standout celebrity talent. The aim was to build on the momentum of series one and deliver a polished, social-first show that fans would watch and rewatch across platforms. This was not about recreating the format; it was about levelling it up.
APPROACH:
From creative concepting to casting, full-scale production, editing and paid support, we delivered Air Rylan Series 2 as a premium returning format. We analysed the moments that drove engagement in series one, then built on them with bigger creative, sharper edits and high-impact celebrity pairings. Leaning into Rylan’s chaotic charm, we developed a content engine designed for maximum watch time, scroll-stopping cuts and cross-platform reach. While YouTube was the anchor, our data-led, multi-platform distribution ensured the series hit just as hard on TikTok and Instagram.
